The only thing you can do since the remote site doesn't have the extensions,
is to use a FTP application to download the entire site, you will have to
re-apply any themes, shared borders and re-build your navigation structure,
since the configuration info is not available on servers without the FP
extensions.
Now depending on your local computer setup, if you have another computer
connected via LAN, then you could publish your current copy to that machine,
then after reformatting your main computer, then publish back, etc.
