      25th Apr 2007
I know this probably sound dumb, but I've done several back ups, know where
they are, yet cannot download to CD, it says you are attemptting to open a
file type "office data file type" and goes on from there. I just don't know
where to go with it....I really need help!!

You are not making much sense here. You write to CD and not download to a CD
and in that case you are not opening anything so it cannot give you that
message. Could you tell the exact steps you are taking? Note that we cannot
look over your shoulder.
