When I run ntbackup it doesn't seem to back up all files in the specified
directories (especially images). How can I get it to back up all file
extensions?

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.

As Arvin says, it *is* confusing - not your fault, Microsoft's.

This is a group for general questions about the database software Microsoft
Access - that's what the name in the group means, not "computer access". This
group happens to be first in the list alphabetically, so lots of folks get in
here by mistake!

Scroll down the list of subject areas on the screen and find a group for your
version of Windows.
