I would like to figure out how to make my background picture stationery, but
the text on the page will move overtop of the picture. Anyone know how to do
this?

Hi Karen,

There are a number of ways to do this. The FrontPage term for it is called
watermark. If you search the help files for the term watermark you will find
information as to how you can do it.
