Hi,
I am currently experiencing a minor issue with regards to previewing Word
documents in Outlook.
The document is created and saved in Word 2007 (using 97 – 2003
compatibility (*.doc)) and sent to an email recipient. When the document is
previewed in Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 the entire background of the
document is displayed in blue.
On opening the file from Outlook or saving to a location on my HDD and
opening in Word, it appears fine.
It is only when the document is previewed in Outlook.
I wonder if anyone has come across this – if so your help would be greatly
appreciated.
