I have built an organizational chart using PP. However, I cannot get rid of
the "Click to Add Title" wording on the slide. It does not print but it
shows up when I look at it on the screen - how do I remove it but keep the
chart?

You need to change the slide layout to Blank. In 2002/3 you will find layout
in the Format menu. In 2007 it's in the Slides chunk of the Home Tab

In addition to what John has suggested. The title will not show unless you
enter something into the box. If you want it to display in the outline and
not during your presentation, fill in the information and drag it off the
slide
