background picture is tiled not stretched to fit

I inserted a background picture.
But it was tiled.
I'd like it to be stretched to fit the whole cell.

I couldn't seem to find a way to do that.

You cannot 'stretch' images to fit. And you don't want that to happen ...
the result will be awful. You can use CSS to tell your background image not
to tile.

I'm sorry, I don't know what CSS is?
Not familiar with that.
I'm sort of learning as I go.

And yes, I had a hunch that stretch to fit would ruin the proportion.

Go to your HELP files for background images or the word 'tile'. You NEED to
learn about CSS!!
