I wouldn't take the advice to try software called "Remove-it" but to stick with a
well-known, tried and tested program such as Malwarebytes.

MalwareBytes is reputed to be able to identify and remove threats not detected by
*many* other well-known Anti-Virus softwares...

Run the Full scan, not the Quick - you can then uninstall it afterwards, if you wish.

You can download MalwareBytes by clicking on the following link :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

Or by visiting their website at :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

I have two suggestions:

1. Show your computer to a professional. You are describing the symptoms
of a very nasty trojan that strenuously resists attempts to defeat it.
Do /not/ download or install anything it tells you to download or install.

2. Ignore /anything/ you read from the 'Real Truth MVP'. He's well-known
around here as a charlatan who preys on newbies:

* He's not an MVP.
* His website is not an MVP website.
* He steals software from others and claims it's his own.
* He modifies his stolen software in a way that can harm your computer.

He also fills his websites with filthy pornography.

This is not the MVP site despite its fake logos.

The correct MVP site is http://www.mvps.org/.
