I can't insert a background picture in the tables or cells I set up. I can
do background color but I want to insert background pictures. What am I
doing wrong?

Set browsers to Custom, set Schema Version to Internet Explorer 5.0

Other versions (from failing memory): Tools->Page Options - Compatibity Tab
