Hello,

While working on FP 2003 I came across an strange problem.
When I go to the cell properties window the borders and use
background picture section remains dimmed even when I
attempt to click on them. The background color still works.

I never had this problem before. What could be the problem?
I wanted to change the background picture but unable to.

Check your browser setting, change all browser setting to Custom, also if use a theme, you will
loose control of certain feature from the dialogs, and will have to modify the theme.

Im assuming you are right-clicking to get to the cell properties window?
If so, are you selecting more than one cell at a time?

Try selecting a single cell and changing the background - or - if you click
the browse button with multiple cells selected, you should be able to browse
to a new image - even though the background image field is greyed out.
