HTML messages are not displaying the background images that I am sending.
They use to in 2003, but not in Office 2007.

How do I turn that back on???

Are you using cascading style sheets?

Not positive. I am sending messages through Constant Contact and using their
templates. The messages look good in Outlook, but do not show the back
ground images in Outlook 2007. The Constant Contact support said that there
was a change in 2007, but did not have a workaround.

The issue is, I believe, that while Outlook 2003 and earlier use Internet
Explorer to perform the HTML rendering, Outlook 2007 uses Word and Word does
not support the full HTML standard. The Microsoft Office website has
articles on what the differences are and what will (or won't) render the
same.
