I looked, but didn't find, how to add a "custom" background to an email. I
have a background watermark that I have in word, that I would like to make my
background in an email. The reason I am doing this is to make an announcemnet
of an event - but several (dozens) of recipients did not/could not open my
word attachment from their email - so it lost its effect. I want to use this
same watermark as the background in my email and resend the announcement. I
didn't see how to do this under stationary in Outlook.

go to the 'Mail format' tab and click stationary - but see know where to add
this. There is a list of dozens of style - but no option to pick this html
of mine. I'm lost ...
