Background colors FP 2000 vs FP 2003

Hi,
I just loaded FP 2003 and am trying to edit a web created with FP 2000. I
seem to remember linking the background color to a particular page so that
changing that page changed all the page colors. Also, it made changing the
other pages individually impossible. Now, I want to remove that feature and
have every page be separate, but I can't figure out how to turn off that
feature in FP 2003.

I've tried to apply themes and then apply "No Theme" but to no avail. That
one page is ruling them all and even if I delete that page, the other pages
are still locked.
