backappl.exe error

's Computer Specifications

I have applied the MS patch for outlook 2003 backup 3 times now and this
error backappl.exe keeps coming back. Is there another way out of this?

Have you completely removed the backup application, redownloaded the OL 2003
version, then reinstalled?

Thanks for the advice! I removed the backup patch and now it's working!
