You're making this too complicated.
WinMail keeps its messages in
C:\Users\[UserNsame]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders
You will see that there is a subfolder for each of the folders in WinMail.
The messages are stored in these subfolders as individual EML files.
Copy all of the folders to a convenient place in the machine that has OE.
Then you can drag all of these EML files into whatever folder you want in
OE. Once they are in OE they will lose the cryptic title and show up with
the proper subject..
Once again, even though you saved the EML files in their folders, you just
did that for convenience. The EML files are what you will actually drag
into OE.
