Back on workgroup, no way to export accoung settings?

No wonder I'd never seen the backup options before I'd mistakenly
installed O2K as internet mail only, the workgroup one doesn't seem to
have that option. Is there a workaround to that, some way to back up
our accounts? Mine never changes and yet each time I wipe/reinstall
OS and then Office, I have to go through entering all the same Outlook
acct info all the time.
