You described yourself as an "ignorant user", thus clearly
describing the solution to your problem. What you are
trying to do requires skills which you say that you do not
posess.

Call a qualified technician or, if you want to pay even
more money for repairs later, try doing it yourself by
booting into safe mode and then manually deleting the
infected files.
