Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

After furious head scratching, Evo asked:

Outlook Express was mentioned in the Subject header. Outlook 97 was
mentioned in the body of their post. So we don't know for which
product the OP wants help to "reinstallate" (OP needs a better
Dutch-to-English translator). If the OP really meant to ask about
Outlook then maybe something at http://www.howto-outlook.com/ might
help, like the How-To article on backing up Outlook.

OL97 is pretty old and I've no brain cells left that remember it. I
found http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=168644 (okay, actually I
found the link after finding
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040423.htm using a search
on "backup" over there).
