Greeting all,

I woudl like to do a full backup of my outlook 03, including contacts, all
my emails, etc.
I have many sub folders inside the outlook program, such as folders for
certain peopel and organizations that I belong to to make it easier to
locate emails.

All you need to do is copy the .pst file to an external hard drive or
other external media. When you go to restore the .pst file, install
Outlook and then open it and go to File/Open/Outlook Data File and
browse to where you saved the .pst file and then copy your data to the
..pst file the new Outlook is using.

The .pst file is hidden so to find it you first have to unhide your files.
