Dear Concern,

I have been using the pst backup software (pfbackup.exe) for backing up of
pst, but now i found out in some of the machines the backup option which
earlier used to be in the file option is missing.

I tried uninstalling the software & again installed but then also the back
up option is not appearing in the file menu.

Please help me in this regard.
