How can I back-up my sent and received emails on Windows Mail?

For a full backup see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx . For just the messages,
you can just copy the message folders, or you can go to File | Export
Messages in WinMail.

You posted the same question on 25th Feb, you got 2 replies.

You are using Windows Mail, so while reading this hit the Ctrl key + H, and
you should see your other message?
