SINCE I CHANE FROM ME TO XP I CAN NOT BACK UP TO DRIVE
E,DISK DRIVE CAN BACK UP TO D DRIVE,BOT NOT TO FLOPPY
DISK I CAN TAKE OUT AND SAVE

First, it is impolite to shout. You have lower case on the keyboard, please
use it.

Second what kind of drive and what backup software are you using? XP's
backup/restore will not utilize CD or DVD writtable media. I'm assuming you
meant "removable" instead of "floppy" since backing up XP to floppy would
require hundreds of disks and would probably fail before you finished a
restore.

Third, how much data are you backing up?
