how or what do i back-up to a cd-rom in case i blow the
whole program up???

Are you looking to recover if you blow up the FrontPage program, or your
websites you are creating?

I'm looking to recover all the data in the frontpage
program......

      10th Nov 2003
Publish each website to a folder on your hard disk, and then copy that to
CD. To restore, copy back to a folder, and then make sure no files are
read-only. Then you'll be able to open it again in FP.
