Back to OL-2003 from OL-2007 the spelling and grammar doesn't work

In Office-2003 everything works fine but that. I need spelling in English and
Spanish but no way. In the Outlook --> Options -> Spelling and grammar, the
grammar area is not available, and the Custom Disctionary is not a dictionary
at all but a list of words that I prepared months ago, before upgrading to
Office 2007, for the spelling to accept as valid.

Since it never happened to me before I suspect that OL-2007 left something
behind that prevents OL-2003 to access the dictionaries. If I'm right,
1) Uninstalling OL-2003,
2) Deleting ALL folders/files related to any Office; and,
3) Reinstalling Office-2003 back could help, but I don't know how to
performd step 2.

Can anybody help?
