Hello,

When viewing each picture (expanded from thumbnail)in a photo gallery, is
there a way to put "back" and "next" buttons on the page to the viewer does
not have to use the back button on the toolbar and reselect the next picture?

Not unless you place each large image on a actual page, and then change the link from the thumbnail
image to go to the page with the large image, then manually create links between the different
pages.

possible in future versions?

I don't think this will happen in any future version.

Hi

Have a look at my site (clcik on Picture Album) and see if you like what it
does.

If so, the code is all on the site, although there is Javascript involved,
and I have often found that I can't access JS. I have therefore placed all
JS in js.zip on my root directory

I have also been playing with fotopic (http://my.fotopic.net/) and it does a
good job - you can load up to 250MB for free

For photo gallery functionality way beyond the minimum provided by FP,
look at JAlbum (http://jalbum.net/). Integrating a JAlbum "album" into
an FP web is not terribly difficult.
