ok every time i right clik on the desk top and hit
properities i get a message saying
THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR HAS DISABLED THE DISPLAY CONTROL
PANEL

i mean whats up i am the administrator
what registry key or w/e is it?

and also on my laptop after i press control+alt+delete i
get a screen requring me to type in my password and user
name i wanna just make it so that after i hit,con+alt+del
i just have to type in my user name im on a domain

40gb hd
xp pro
