are there any implications regarding record locking etc by using
ACCESS2002-2003 on the front end and ACCESS2000 on the back end.

hi sir

i am a new user in programming concept of a access database where i am
using a both front and backend of the MS access.
i have been facing a problem in retriveing a image as well as to
display the data in a grid control form


plz help me out the above
