For some reason, now whenever I hit the back button after
posting form data, all of the form fields are cleared
out. This didn't used to happen and is very annoying when
trying to debug forms. I don't see anything in the
options tab....is there a registry setting to deal with
this??

I'm not 100% sure about this, but try...
Internet Options> Advanced> Security... uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages
to disk."
