Away from home, receive messges, error on sending ver 2007

's Computer Specifications

When ever I travel away from my home I am able to receive e-mails but cannot
send, system error. Any advice?

's Computer Specifications

Thank you - I did contact my ISP and learnd that Bell South does not allow me
to send e-mails while traveling and I had to use the gmail outgoing server.
