Is there a way to make it so that index trigger words that are also included
in (part of) index trigger phrases do NOT get counted twice? In other words,
can I make it so that the phrase “western France” in the text does not appear
in the index under both “France” and “western France”-- only the latter?

Thank you!

This is simple if you insert your XE fields manually (as you should do).

Thank you. I've been using a concordance table to create the index. Is there
any way to code for this using such a table?
