I have created a form in a FrontPage web. When a user (visitor) of a site
wants to submit the form he or she is asking for user name and password.
I want the form to be accessable to anyone. How to avoid the user name and
password pop-up?

Where is the form saving the results to
- a folder w/ write permissions (by default the _private folder)
