By all means upgrade to 3.8.0.188

version 4 or later because it looks bad, covers half your screen &
functionality is no better. Even the Clissic look makes the messenger huge &
they have moved all the features... They try to change 'Program Files\Skype'
folder to their own icon & always add SendTo icon on application startup if
you went ahead & deleted it. Although, if you make the SendTo folder write
deny for SYSTEM it stops it but you get errors on installation as they try
to create that SendTo icon & it fails for obvious reasons
