      7th Feb 2006
has anybody had the problem of the AVI files created by Movie Maker 2 not
being recognised by DVD burning software.
I am running NTI gold version 6.7 that came bundled with my PC (along with
MM2)and they dont want to play together
If I edit with the software that came with my dvcamera the burner software
will recognise those AVI files but MM2 is easier to use

the DV-AVI files from MM2 are type I, and some software needs the older type
II....

there are converters... see the Setup Movie Maker > Other Software page of
my website... down toward the bottom of the page... just below the link to
newsletter #20
