I am creating a website for my business using FrontPage 2002. One of the major services I provide is best depicted by showing an example of animated graphics we can produce. I have imported the graphic from a PowerPoint file, and have embedded it on a page in the web file. I have formatted the graphic properties so that when the webpage is opened, the graphic will not open until 'mouse-over'.

Yet, the clock on the lower right corner of FP 2002 tells it will take 21,436 sec to open (thats about 350 hours). Is there anything I can do? Other websites make this type of animation work.

Let me also say that my total website size is approx. 45,000 kb, and the graphic alone is 41,000 kb. Can anyone please help

Thanks

Steve

Actually, 21436 seconds is only 6 hours, but this implies a file size of
(using massive approximations and assumptions[1]) around 1Gbyte - far too
large for a web page.
Either FP is confused (often happens) or the file has to be cut down in
size (either length or quality, or both).

[1]Assumptions:
FP is reporting download time for 28800 dialup.
28800 will download 150Kbytes per minute.
