avg result

Did a system recovery, Windows updates and installed NIS2007, Spybot 1.4, AVG
7.5 and updated to the latest definitions. Surprised to see AVG found
Downloader.Zlob.ask -c:\prog file\Video AccessX Object\iesplugin.dll
.Zlob.bar -
\ieuninst
.Zlob.bcz
\pmmnt.exe
.Zlob.bng \
pmsnrr.exe
and catogorise asHigh risk with Action - Quarantine

Question is do I choose the 'delete' action or quarantine it. After
deleting/quarantine it,will I be able to watch video on the labtop? Your
advice is much appreciated,thanks

Prior to reading your posting, I "deleted' all the infections by using AVG.
Hopefully it will be okay and will may just install as your link later. Thanks
