You mean free version?
If so, guess you need to uncheck:
"Scan files without interruption - the test will run without
interruption until completed; the test will not pause to inform you of
the detection of viruses. Removal, if required, can be performed after
the test is completed. If the checkbox is not selected, and a virus is
detected, a dialog will appear asking what action to take and the scan
will resume after you respond to the dialog, or after the dialog timeout
(usually 30 seconds).
Automatically heal infected files - infected files will (if possible) be
healed immediately after the test is completed. Of course, it is also
possible to heal infected files later from within the Test Result dialog
window."
You can also remove various areas of Windows from scanning at all, such
as registry, system dll's, etc.
