Hi,

Why does my AVG identify the setup file as virus that causes the game to
abort its installation process?

Thanks!

Two reasons. 1) It is a virus, or 2) It's a false positive. If you're sure
the disc is a legit copy from EA, I'd recommend telling your AV software to
ignore it, or tell it not to scan that directory.

You'll probably find within a few days a new definitions update will also
stop it from flagging it as a virus.
