AVG File - Can't Remove

's Computer Specifications

I installed AVG anti virus (free) (in order to step someone else thru installation by phone)
and then removed it. I have what appears to be an AVG file stuck in a folder that I can
not delete...
File: Full-Print.css
In: c:\documents and settings\myname\local settings\temporary internet files
Accessing from Windows I can not delete it.
Starting Windows in Safe Mode Command Prompt, it is not visible.
Any suggestions as to how to get rid of it?

I downloaded and installed Unlocker, I unchecked all the "optional"
features,
and right clicking the file, "Unlocker" does not appear in the menu. I even
rebooted, still no Unlocker.
