I had it conflict with Mozilla's email program (the original, not thunderbird
- didn't try it with that or firefox). I could not access any email unless I
disabled the email virus checker. I have since switched back to Norton.

We use AVG Free at work without any programs, and just downloaded the new
release yesterday. We all work with XP & Windows 2000. I just wish the other
staff would remember to run updates & scans - that seems to be the root of
our problems!

AVG 7.5 Professional Edition is working fine here (XP Pro SP2).

After I installed the new free version here on an MCE box Napster suddenly
appeared in media player.

AVG had nothing to to with it
