avg and remote helpdesk access problem

Hi,
When customers of mine try to download remhelp.exe for remote desktop help
and they have AVG installed the computer will not let them. First of all AVG
thinks that it is a virus and stops the download. OK, that is no problem as
we can turn AVG off but then when they try to download the file (even when I
change the file name) it gets to 99% and then windows tells me that the file
is locked or the drive is full and it is unable to access the file. This
only seems to happen with computers with AVG. Has anybody else had similar
problems and what should I do?
Thanks for any advice in advance.
