When AVG 8 (paid version) runs its scheduled scan, it takes 3-4 hours and
tests anywhere from 626,000 objects to 756,000. Twice I manually scanned
(the whole computer) and it took less than two hours, but scanned only about
31,000 objects. If the whole computer is scanned, why are the tested
objects only a fraction of the objects tested on a scheduled scan?
