averatec 3250 - HD problems

I just purchased an Averatec 3250 notebook 3 weeks ago.

From the time I got it, I've experienced some type of infrequent reboot for
no reason. It has gotten worse lately with "parser" error messages and the
30 second countdown before my computer shuts down.

I can be working on something before my computer just reboots for no
apparent reason. If I try to turn it on, I am plagued with the reboot.

Anyone have any clues?

Thanks.

If you are getting a 30 second countdown then you have Sasser or Blaster on
your computer.
