Hi All.
I am performing an averageifs function in excel. My functions is below:
=AVERAGEIFS(Table_RemedyFeeds[Ticket Resolution Time],Table_RemedyFeeds[Ticket Resolution Time],"<05:00",Table_RemedyFeeds[MIM/No Mim],"MIM")
So this basically returns the average of Ticket Reolution time, when fields MIM/NO MIM = MIM and Ticket Resolution Time is less than 5 mins. The result I get for this is 01:02.
However, when I copy the raw data, remove all the fields not required and just perform and ordinary average function to check the data, I get 01:24.
Can anyone please help?
