Hi, I am trying to determine if I can have 2 simultaneous vpn
connections.

For example:

1 with a Cisco VPN client to Cisco VPN
and another
2 Avaya VPN client conencted to Avaya

I got both client installed and can use one at a time. Ideally I would
like to be able to be logged into both simultaneous.

Anyone here knows how to accomplish this?

Thanks!!

You can, subject to conditions:

1) The TCP/IP settings of either connection must not conflict with one
another; they can't use the same IP address ranges or push conflicting
routes. Neither connection should push a default gateway setting. At least
one of the connections must not require DNS.

In most cases, there will be a problem with at least some of the above. If
the other ends of both connections belong to the same company, you may be
able to get their IT staff to configure them in a compatible fashion
(provided the application allows it). Otherwise, you'd have to be
extraordinarily lucky.

2) The two VPN clients must be usable together. I don't know whether this
is the case for Cisco / Avaya combination.

Because the condition #1 is very rarely met when people try it, I wouldn't
necessarily believe anyone telling me "no". If you are able to eliminate
all network configuration conflicts, you should see for yourself.
