Yes it does.
I've been using it for nearly one year and I wouldn't trade off it.

I think it does. Tabbed browsing with a pop-up and flash blocker as well as
group bookmarks (open multiple bookmarks at once). I have been using it for
over a year and think it's a major improvement over IE. It's highly
customizable and free. Give it a try and decide for yourself.
