Yeah, it's mainly a skin for OE, not a *real* browser. But after 20
downloads Of others (including Mozilla <all flavors>, Kmelon, 1 Off,
Firebird, Opera, a few more I can't remember) numerous testing, and some
re-formatting of my HD, I've finally concluded..................

This damn thing rocks! It will stop pop-ups, allow tabbed windows, uses
mouse gestures, group favorites, and import all your stuff from OE. I
know.......it's still M$.........BUT, it works like the OLD Opera, like a
browser *should* work, it's intuitive, and has plug in's for more stuff. If
it had a stand alone engine, I'd BUY the thing! Really, and I won't buy
Opera now for any amount. I'm not giving a URL, because YOU need to do 10%
of the work I've done over the past few days.........

Do give MyIE2 a try as well before you settle on something. It's
similar in philosophy to Avant, but perhaps you might like it
better.

Then again you might not ... but always better to make a more
informed choice.

I'm a registered Netcaptor owner and *changed* to MyIE2 freeware. IMO,
MyIE2 is the best of the best.

Seconded, after having been a long-time CrazyBrowser fan.

Have to agree I tried most as well including MYIE2, CrazyBrowser, Mozilla
etc and have settled on Avant as the best for me.

Slams? I certainly don't see any in this thread...just friendly
suggestions.

> with another agenda......

Yeah...stating that they like a piece of software, and that you should
try it as well. Ooh, those no good bastards...what WILL they try
next?!

I'm sorry...the only things which were close to the "slams" that you
accused others of were actually *YOUR* implication that friendly
suggestions that you try MyIE2 were part of some "agenda".

Now, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe, one way or another, I missed one of the
posts that included the "slams". So I ask that you direct me to one
of these so-called "slams"...by all means, if I'm wrong, and there was
in fact a slam before your baseless accusation then I apologize. If,
however, the extent of the "slams" which you can point out are simply
people trying to be helpful by giving their own recommendations, then
I think you're seeing slams where they aren't, and should probably
seek some kind of professional help.

(And yes, THAT is a slam. Don't like it? Too bad, you have it
coming.)
