Availability of FH3 adapter for Nikon CS5000

's Computer Specifications

Folks,

I have found it impossible to find a FH3 filmstrip adapter for
my Nikon Coolscan 5000. All stores are out of stock.
Nikon has not been able to offer any reason why.

Has anyone heard of why the FH3 is not available ANYWHERE?

I don't know. But I got mine from amazon(.co.uk) a few weeks ago.
