We are using Outlook 2007 (Office SP2) and Office Communicator 2007 (version
2.0.6362.111) and Windows XP with SP3. One of our users shows different
availability for a single user when checking Outlook and OC. The user will
show as available in Outlook, but Busy in OC. This discrepancy shows when
checking multiple contacts and continues through to our intranet which is
built on SharePoint 2007. I only have 1 user reporting this issue, but she's
admin to an exec so it gets a lot of attention in IT. I appreciate your help.
