I have a problem that has something to do with Windows Messenger 4.7 and
Norton Antivirus 2005.

Every time that I start Windows Messenger, I get a popup window of windows
installer that tells me that my Norton Antivirus 2005 can't be reinstalled.
I have no idea how are they connected.

I tried to reinstall the Messenger but it did not help.
I tried to enter the Symantec auto response page to check the status of my
antivirus and the status is OK.

My PC is working very slow and reinstalling the Antivirus could take a lot
of time, is there any way of fixing it without reinstalling the Antivirus?
