Autoupdate with real player

Hi, when I try to run a new RealPlayer video it runs an update for a
plugin.... during the download I see this error:


You do not have the necessary user permission to enable AutUpdate.
Please contact you system adminsitrator for more informations

Can you help me?

Run RealPlayer "As Administrator". It sounds like RealPlayer's code doesn't
elevate itself like it should here. This is going to be a problem for any
non-Vista-aware software that does not handle privilege levels correctly.

This is something you should follow up with RealNetworks on - they're great
people and I'm sure they'd be able to help you on this or point you to a
fixed version of their software. =)
